Street Mechanic

by Anne Watcher on Wednesday December 12th, 2012 at 4:50pm

While walking along the streets in the Guadeloupe Park area we came across this mechanic who's shop was the sidewalk outside his home. Watching him reminded me of my dad, who loved to tear an engine apart and put it back together. Although dad usually had a workbench, I'm sure if he had of been with us he would of sat down on the sidewalk and joined in.

Apparently he is rebuilding a carburetor (I had no idea) for the vehicle behind him. I asked Rob if they would do this back home and he informed me that cars we now drive at home have fuel injectors. Silly me!
