Sweets from the Streets

by Anne Watcher on Friday November 23rd, 2012 at 12:54pm

On our way home from a long day of exploring the city, Rob said he needed some sugar so we stopped to purchase some local treats from this lady. She is located in front of the BAC bank. We thought we'd try one of four different varieties. The pink one is coconut with a slight strawberry flavour, the brown one has a coconut/oatmeal taste, top one is a lot like brown sugar fudge - very sweet, and the dark brown one (not showing) has a strong burnt molasses taste - I didn't like this one!

Cost for each one is C$5 or .21 CAD.
